Refund policy

We offer a limited 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, with all packaging unopened, and the item unused and unworn. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

We currently can only receive returns from customers in Canada and the United States.

Initiating a Return:

To begin the return process, please contact our service team at service@poemsfromthelab.com.

Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. The return shipping fee to Canada will be deducted from your returned amount.

Refund Process:

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund—minus shipping fees, tariffs, and import fees—will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Keep in mind that processing times may vary for different banks and credit card companies.

If you haven't received your refund within 20 business days of approval, please reach out to us at service@poemsfromthelab.com for assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change and you might need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within one hour of placing your order at service@poemsfromthelab.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request and provide a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process outlined above to obtain a refund. Please note that order processing times can vary, so it's important to reach out to us promptly if you wish to cancel.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you discover any issues with the packaging or the product itself, please contact us immediately at service@poemsfromthelab.com so we can address the problem and make things right for you.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Please initiate a lost, missing, or damaged claim with the shipping provider. Once confirmation is received from the shipping provider, please contact us and we would be happy to re-ship the order to an alternate address.

Undeliverable, Return To Sender, Refused, or Unclaimed Shipments:

Shipments that are marked as undeliverable, returned to sender, refused, or unclaimed by the shipping provider are the responsibility of the customer.
