Shipping policy
Our orders are shipped domestically within Canada and the United States.
Canadian orders are shipped from Ontario.
American orders are shipped from New York.
International shipments outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to tariffs, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the order or the shipping cost unless specified.
Shipments may be inspected by customs, government authorities, or shipping partners. Any resulting delays are beyond our control and not our responsibility.
Orders are dispatched to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or mis-delivery due to an incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise erroneous address supplied by the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be due upon delivery, depending on the laws of your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on what charges may apply.
Please be aware that customs and other authorities in your country may open and inspect packages as part of their standard procedures. While this is outside of our control, we do our best to ensure your order is packed securely, labelled properly, and provided with the correct documentation. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or reimbursements for any orders that are opened, delayed, or repackaged as a result of customs or other inspections.
Shipping Costs:
The shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items in your order.
Shipping Times:
While we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, please allow for potential delays due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
Lost or damaged orders:
Please initiate a lost, missing, or damaged claim with the shipping provider. Once confirmation is received from the shipping provider, please contact us and we would be happy to reship the order to an alternate address for you.
Undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender shipments:
Shipments marked as undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender by the shipping partner are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure that the address provided is correct and able to receive packages.
P.O. boxes:
The customer is responsible for confirming that the shipping partner selected during checkout is able to deliver to P.O. boxes. A phone number may be required for delivery.
